IN NO EVENT SHALL CIRRUS DENTAL LABORATORIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED BY CIRRUS DENTAL LABORATORIES, EVEN IF CIRRUS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT YOUR WORK WITHOUT EXPLANATION. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS.NEITHER WE NOR ANY OF OUR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS OR MATERIALS IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. YOU & DENTAL OFFICE (AND NOT WE OR ANY OF OUR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS) ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION TO YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION. We make no warranties that the services will be timely, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. We make no warranties or claims on the specific performance of Dental office used or recommended thru Cirrus Dental Laboratory.We guarantee any products or services offered on this Sites for a 1 year period of invoice date against workmanship, not accidental damage or normal wear and tear or changes to treatment. We are not a party to, and do not monitor, any transaction between users and third party providers (dental office) of products or services.
Disputes:
If there is any dispute about your specific visit/ performance of a recommended or "referred" dental office you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of California , USA, between dental office and said person without Cirrus Dental Laboratory involved as a third party. All work provided and service is on contract between Cirrus Dental Laboratory and Dental Office contracted to provide service for patient. Dentist or dental office is responsible for final say or completion of product, and will be billed if any changes are to be made after order to finish work has been signed. This may incur a charge to patient/consumer.
"Personally identifiable information" is information that we can use to identify you as an individual. Personally identifiable information includes your name, address, and telephone number and any other information that is connected with you personally that you provide. We may use this information for marketing purposes to provide you with products and services available to you. You may opt out to receive marketing information by sending a written request via email. By providing any information to us, pictures as well you give us full permission to use photos or information about you. You allow us to provide any and all information to a reffered dental office of our choice so that they can better meet your needs. You also grant us permission to use any photographs for any advertising Cirrus Dental decides to use including print, magazines, media. Any and all remakes are billed at %50 of total original invoice. Old cast must be included otherwise a full price charge applies.
